Hey, I’m Madeline.

I’m a fashion writer, creative director, and industry professional with expertise spanning editorial, styling, wholesale, and merchandising. I approach my work with the precision of a curator and the instinct of a storyteller, balancing fashion’s artistic and commercial sides.

For three years, I’ve worked as a Trade Show Manager for GLAM LA Apparel, driving high-volume sales at national apparel markets and honing my skills in sample coordination, trend forecasting, and visual merchandising. I also cultivated a deep understanding of consumer engagement as a Stylist at the Cheeky Peach Boutique of Athens, GA, where I curated immersive retail experiences through in-person styling and digital marketing.

Beyond sales and styling, I thrive in editorial and creative direction. I’ve conceptualized fashion projects for multiple student organizations at the University of Georgia (UGA), such as the Student Merchandising Association and Rouge Magazine, and also led creative direction for STRIKE Magazine Athens, where I developed thematic concepts and produced editorial content.

My projects extend beyond the page—most notably, my work on Theatre of the Absurd (Spring 2024, STRIKE Magazine Athens), a university fashion show where I merged storytelling with striking visual execution.

My unique, global perspective on fashion is additionally shaped by my time in Italy with the UGA Cortona Study Abroad Program, where I researched the relationship between Renaissance art and contemporary fashion in the editorial space. This experience, combined with my B.S.F.C.S. in Fashion Merchandising (Product Development and Design) from UGA, has given me a research-driven, innovative approach to fashion—one that merges history, commerce, and creativity.

Whether directing a photoshoot, crafting an editorial narrative, or analyzing fashion’s cultural impact, I bring a balance of strategy and imagination to everything I do.

Let’s connect.

Saleswoman. Stylist. Storyteller.
